I only dealt with Warhold online, since their store is based in Boonah, QLD, but the service was genuinely outstanding. He was extremely accommodating, went above and beyond for me, and made the whole experience feel personal and easy. I lost interest from the TCG hobby for a while, but service like this honestly pulls me back in. People who care this much about their customers make all the difference, and because of that they’ve definitely gained a loyal long-term customer from me. Had an absolutely wonderful time playing in a magic tournament here after travelling down from Brisbane. The community was extremely warm, welcoming and easy to chat with. One of the owners I met was clearly very passionate about tabletop gaming and their communities. I was extremely impressed with how community focused the store was, especially with their really great prices. Highly, highly reccomended if you're looking for a local game store! I wish I lived closer so I could come back more often!

Great LGS! Never been in person but ordered online many times. Fast shipment, amazing packaging and fantastic prices. Could not recommend more. The owner Joe is awesome! Just got my shipment of their own brand of boxes, folders and magnetic card cases and can't wait to use them.
