I only dealt with Warhold online, since their store is based in Boonah, QLD, but the service was genuinely outstanding. He was extremely accommodating, went above and beyond for me, and made the whole experience feel personal and easy. I lost interest from the TCG hobby for a while, but service like this honestly pulls me back in. People who care this much about their customers make all the difference, and because of that they’ve definitely gained a loyal long-term customer from me. If I’m ever in the Boonah/Scenic Rim area, I’d absolutely make the effort to visit in person. Thank you Warhold!!!

Really great company to work with. The staff and owner are all dedicated to providing a great experience for true hobbyists. I've both received multiple orders always in excellent condition, as well as experienced the hospitality in store. Easily the first place I turn to for my hobby needs despite being remote for me. Truly a pleasure to deal with.

Had an absolutely wonderful time playing in a magic tournament here after travelling down from Brisbane. The community was extremely warm, welcoming and easy to chat with. One of the owners I met was clearly very passionate about tabletop gaming and their communities. I was extremely impressed with how community focused the store was, especially with their really great prices. Highly, highly reccomended if you're looking for a local game store! I wish I lived closer so I could come back more often!

I had the pleasure of pre-ordering some pokemon cards through Joe and the Warhold team. Fast and secure packing and delivery after the product release. With the current pokemon craze it’s always hard to buy pokemon cards at retail price, Warhold keep the prices more than fair at RRP and make it possible for people like myself to get product without paying the crazy price on the secondary market. I also had to change my delivery address for my pre-order. Warhold customer support was able to update my order and reply to my email within 2 hours which is absolutely insane. I’ve had to do the same with other retailers (like JbHiFi) and they have taken upwards of 3-5 days to reply to my request. I’d recommend Warhold any day of the week for any TCG needs.
